Preferred Exteriors only serves Clark County, helping keep costs lower and focusing on our community. We also have extensive experience with LP repair or replacement, including Hardie Plank repair or replacement.  I network with many siding companies and don’t know even one person with 3 decades of experience as a siding contractor locally. I have also personally trained many siding installers over my proven 30-year career with Hardie Planks ELITE installation criteria to not void their warranty.  We also perform Lp siding inspections and Hardie Plank siding inspections if you are thinking of buying a home in Camas. Camas Washington is a growing community in Southwest Washington, incorporated on June 18th, 1906. The name comes from the Camas lily flower.

A well-known wealthy businessman named Henry Pittock, who came from England and settled in Portland, began publishing the Oregonian newspaper. In 1883, he bought 2600 acres and formed the Columbia River Paper Company, which soon after started printing paper.

Camas, Washington, is now a quaint, beautiful town and popular spot, with Lacamas Lake nearby. Living in this area for years, I have seen Prune Hill grow tremendously, with large subdivisions sprouting up. Lacamas Shores is one of the highest-end areas anywhere around Southwest Washington, with beautiful homes sprawling on a gorgeous golf course.

In 2010, the census included 19,355 people and 6619 households. Camas is close to the freeways, which is why so many people in the tech industry move there. Restaurants and outdoor shopping abound in Camas to service the growth.
